  • Development – Life Skills

    We provide personalized programs to develop essential life skills such as communication, budgeting, and personal care. These programs are tailored to help you achieve greater independence and confidence in daily life.

  • Innovative Community Participation

    Visiting Mercy encourages you to explore unique community activities, including creative arts, volunteering, or other innovative programs. Our support aims to promote social inclusion and personal development.

  • Daily Tasks/Shared Living

    We offer assistance with daily personal tasks within shared living arrangements, helping you with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Our support promotes independent living in a shared environment.

  • Assist – Travel/Transport

    Our transport services are designed for participants who cannot use public transport due to their disability. We provide safe and reliable transportation to help you access community activities, appointments, or education.

    We assist with personal tasks of daily life, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Our support helps you maintain personal hygiene and daily routines with dignity and respect.

  • Assist – Life Stage, Transition

    Visiting Mercy supports you through significant life changes, such as transitioning from school to work or moving out of home. We provide mentoring, peer support, and assistance with decision-making to help you navigate these transitions smoothly.

  • Community Nursing Care

    Our qualified nurses provide essential medical care in your home, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring. We aim to support your health needs while promoting independence.

  • Assist – Personal Activities High

    For participants with high-intensity personal support needs, we offer specialized assistance tailored to your complex care requirements. Our trained professionals ensure you receive the necessary support to live safely and comfortably
